At Bandhejpoint (Neelam Traders), every product—Bandhani, Gota Patti and handcrafted sarees—is made with detailed workmanship. Since these are premium handcrafted items, our return and exchange rules are designed to maintain product authenticity and hygiene.
1. Return / Exchange Policy (Allowed Only in Specific Cases)
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Defective product received
Missing item in the parcel
If any of the above issues occur, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of the product
After verification, we will offer exchange or store credit, as applicable.
2. No Monetary Refunds
Bandhejpoint (Neelam Traders) does not provide monetary refunds (no bank transfer, UPI refund, credit card refund, or cash refund). Instead, in approved cases, customers will receive:
Exchange OR
Store Credit, usable on future purchases
All sales are considered final in terms of monetary refunds.
3. Store Credit Terms
If store credit is issued:
It will be valid for 90 days
Can be used on any product on our website
Cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Eligibility Conditions for Exchange / Store Credit
A request may be rejected if:
Product is used
Product has fragrance, stains, or damage caused after delivery
No unboxing video
Request is made after 24 hours of delivery
Product is a part of SALE, DEAL, or OFFER (non-returnable)
5. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless approved by our team before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
